Ice cupcake smooth in orange with spatula. Pipe tip 12 ball body and head in black. Add tip 4 string legs in black. Pipe tip 3 dot eyes in white and tip 2 dot pupils in green (flatten and smooth both with finger dipped in cornstarch). Add tip 2 string mouth in green   *For chocolate buttercream icing, add ¾ cup cocoa (or three 1 oz. unsweetened chocolate squares, melted), and an additional 1 to 2 Tablespoons milk to Buttercream Icing Recipe. Mix until well blended.
