Ice cupcake smooth in green with spatula.
Pipe tip 16 pull-out star hair in black, working from outer edge to center of cupcake.
Add tip 3 dot eyes and string mouth in black.
Pipe tip 3 pull-out dot fangs in white.
*For chocolate buttercream icing, add ¾ cup cocoa (or three 1 oz. unsweetened chocolate squares, melted), and an additional 1 to 2 Tablespoons milk to Buttercream Icing Recipe. Mix until well blended. |
