Ice cupcake smooth in white with spatula.
Pipe a tip 12 ball iris in purple, about 1 1/2 in. diameter.
Pipe tip 2 string veins in red-red/Christmas red combination.
Add tip 4 dot pupil in black (flatten and smooth with finger dipped
in cornstarch.
*For chocolate buttercream icing, add ¾ cup
cocoa (or three 1 oz. unsweetened chocolate squares, melted), and an
additional 1 to 2 Tablespoons milk to Buttercream Icing Recipe. Mix
until well blended.
