White Almond Cake
So far I have had great reviews from family and friends.
White Almond Cake
Ingredients
- 1 Box of White Cake Mix (DH or BC)
- 1 cup 2% milk
- 3 egg whites
- 6T. stick margarine (softened)
- 1/2T. Almond extract
Instructions
- Put all ingredients in mixing bowl and mix on low speed for one minute. Scrape sides and bottoms and continue mixing on low for appx 2 more minutes. Poured into two 8 or 9 in rounds or one 9 x 13in greased and floured pans. Bake at 350F degrees unti sides start to pull away from pan. Cool in pan on rack for 10 minutes. Then remove from pans. When cake is cook, fill with any desired filling and frost.
