I have always been looking to make moist cakes from scratch and I loved this receipe!
Simple moist cholcate cake
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup white sugar
- 1 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1 Teaspoon salt
- 2 table spoons margarine
- 2 teaspoons vanilla flavoring
- 1/4 cocoa mix ( I used hershey’s )
- 3/4 Milk
- 3 small milk cholocate balls (I used See’s candies)
- 1 cup water
Instructions
- Pre heat the oven to 350 degrees.
- Combine Sugar; baking powder; flour; salt; cocoa mix in a large bowl. I used my kitchen aid. Add the vanilla flavor; milk and margarine. Mix in medium speed for about 5 to 7 mins.
- Grease a 9′ square pan and pour the batter in it.
- Melt the milk choclate balls in the microwave and add water to it and mix well.
- Simply pour the water mixed with choclate on to the batter. Make sure it stays even,
- Bake for 30 mins and serve with whip cream.
