This Neopolitan cake looks DEEElicious.  I am going to make it for our 54th wedding anniversary tomorrow.  Thanks for the recipe
This cheesecake looks delicious, but there is a problem with the recipe, is calling for 1 1/2 cups of sugar and only using 3/4 cup ???? this make me think if is a good working recipe. Did you try it before published ???
They forgot to say they put the other 3/4 Cup of sugar in with the graham crumbs.
Which temp is supposed to be used? 350 or 400?
that seems like it would be too much sugar in the crust - most recipes call for about 1/4 cup of sugar in the crumbs for the crust - if any.
I wonder if it should be that 1/2 cup of sugar is added to the cream cheese each time.
SarJak, according to the recipe, you bake the crust at 350 for 8 minutes. Once you have added the batter to the crust, you bake the cheesecake at 400 for 10 minutes, then lower the temperature to 300 and bake for 50 minutes.

As far as the sugar goes in this recipe, It should be 3/4 cup of sugar for the total recipe, not 1 1/2 cups. 3/4 c of sugar in the crust would be way too much. Normally, if sugar is included in the crust, it is a really, really small amount, usually 1/4 c or less. They really should have proofread the recipe before they posted it.
