My Perfect Sponge Cake

Ingredients

  • 8 oz margarine
  • 8oz sugar
  • 4 eggs ( add 1 by 1 )
  • 8oz Self raising fllour
  • …add your flawerings…

Instructions

  1. Mix butter and suger till pale and fluffy.
  2. Add eggs 1 by 1 and sifted flour.
  3. Bake for about 25 min on 180.
