Dark Chocolate Paste
- 1 lb. 6 oz. Dark Chocolate 7 oz. Glucose 3 1/2 Tbs. Water
- Warm chocolate to 105 Degrees.
- Warm glucose slightly, add to chocolate and mix well, add water.
- Place in plastic bag and let cure over night to become solid.
