In a large mixing bowl combine cake mix, pudding mix, eggs,
carrots, oil, water, raisins, cinnamon, nutmeg. Beat on low speed for 1 min to blend, then on med for 2 mins. Spread batter into prepared pan. Bake 40-45 min. or until tester inserted in center comes out clean. Cool completly in pan on a wire rack. Frost as desired. Remember to add spices only if you use a white cake mix.
