Posted by BabypicklesThis recipe was given to me by my Mother who was at one time a professional cake decorator and has been decorating for well over 50 years.
- 2 lb pkg. Powerdered Sugar 1 1/4 C. Shortening 1 t. White Vanilla 1/2 t. Rum Flavoring 1/2 t. Pineapple Flavoring 1/2 t. Butter Flavoring water (about 1/4 cup)
Mix sugar and shortening, add flavorings and 1/4 cup water. Continue adding water a few drops at a time until frosting is light and fluffy and easy to sprad. Beath thoroughly. If heavier frosting is needed ofr decorating add powdered sugar a small amount at a time.
