3, 2, 1 Microwave Cake

I adore this recipe! It's a really pain to turn on the oven in the summer heat, so this is a great alternative! Also makes a cute gift in a decorative mug or jar.

Amount Ingredient
I box any flavor box cake mix (devil's food, yellow, etc.)
1 box angel food box cake mix
2 tablespoons water (every time you use it)

-PREP- 1. Pour both boxes into a large tupperware or a gallon size zip-top bag. 2. Mix well. When ready to make 1. In a microwave safe container (I use a mug), add 3 tablespoons of the mix. 2. Add in 2 tablespoons water, and combine. 3. Microwave on high for one minute. 4. Enjoy! It's called the 3, 2, 1 mix because all you need to remember is 3 tablespoons mix, 2 tablespoons water, and 1 minute in the microwave.

I'm going to try this recipe, thanks
I had this and is not good
I started baking a lot of cakes for the first time this year.   In the past, my grands would make this just about every time they came.  I still keep the mix in a gallon zip lock baggie, where they can get to it, of course.  The directions are on the side of the baggie in magic marker, lest they should forget!  They like Duncan Hines Decadent Triple Chocolate, often with a drop of mint added.  Quick & very, very tasty!
